Abanka Supervisors Okay Merger with Gorenjska Banka

Ljubljana, 23 October - The supervisory board of Slovenia's third biggest bank has given the go-ahead for Abanka Vipa to continue steps for the merger with Gorenjska banka into what would create a group lesser only to NLB, the country's top bank.
