Prevent Supervisors Give Green Light to Restructuring Plan
Slovenj Gradec, 20 January - The supervisors of car seat cover maker Prevent Global supported on Wednesday the management's plan for restructuring the company, which envisages transforming the parent company into a holding, reprogramming some EUR 55m worth of loans and divestments. The plan also includes cutting 350 to 400 jobs.
