W Balkans Summit Hailed as Success Despite Serbia's Absence
Brdo pri Kranju, 20 March - A summit of Western Balkan leaders at Brdo pri Kranju on Saturday was hailed as a success by the organisers, Slovenian Prime Minister Borut Pahor and Croatia's Jadranka Kosor, but it was overshadowed by the absence of Serbia, a key player in the region.
