Health Council Urges Health Insurance to Drop Patient Quotas

Ljubljana, 23 March - In face of austerity measures enforced by the Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS), the Health Ministry's highest expert body on health care, the Health Council, called upon ZZZS on Tuesday to discontinue its patient quota system for hospital funding, and urged it to be selective when deciding on cuts.
