Regulator Freezes NLB and Banka Celje's Voting Rights in Lasko
Laško, 24 September - The Securities Market Agency's (ATVP) has suspended voting rights of the NLB bank and its subsidiary Banka Celje in brewer Pivovarna Lasko after establishing that the bank's stakes in the company, seized in June 2009 as collateral, exceed the takeover threshold.
