Regulator Suspends Voting Rights of Six Banks in Mercator

Ljubljana, 29 September - The Securities Market Agency's (ATVP) has frozen voting rights of six banks in retailer Mercator after establishing that their stakes, seized in June 2009 from failed holdings Infond and Istrabenz as collateral, exceed the takeover threshold.
