Delo Points to Absurdity of Local Elections

Ljubljana, 25 October - Daily Delo points in Monday's commentary to the absurdity of elections in small municipalities, saying that the most important event of the second round of voting for mayors was the question whether voters in Piran will elect a black candidate.
