Banks to Pay out Almost EUR 4M in Illegal ATM Fees

Ljubljana, 10 November - The banks NLB, NKBM, Abanka Vipa and Banka Celje will refund their clients EUR 3.95m in illegal ATM fees in 2006 and 2007, Slovenia's central bank said in a press release on Wednesday. Clients will on average receive EUR 5.28.
