Analysts Say Referendum Message Both to Govt and Opposition

Ljubljana, 12 December - Sociologist Matevz Tomsic believes that the defeat of the new act on public broadcaster RTV Slovenija in Sunday's referendum is a message to the government, but Samo Uhan of the Faculty of Social Sciences says the low turnout is also a message to the proponents of the referendum.
