Deputies Overturn Veto on Pension Reform

Ljubljana, 23 December - The National Assembly overturned the National Council's veto on the pension reform in a 49:30 vote on Thursday. All coalition parties bar the Pensioners' Party (DeSUS) again voted in favour of the act that rises retirement age to 65, while all opposition parties bar the People's Party (SLS) remain opposed to the motion.
