El Sewedy Squeezes Out Small Shareholders of Iskraemeco

Kranj, 1 February - Egyptian company El Sewedy became the sole owner of electricity meter producer Iskraemeco on Tuesday, as 27 small shareholders together holding 667 or 0.18% of the company's shares were squeezed out at EUR 80.10 per share.
