Amendments to Reduce Constitutional Court Caseload Shelved

Ljubljana, 17 March - Amendments to the Constitution that would ease the Constitutional Court's caseload will be shelved after the parliament's Constitution Commission on Thursday failed to confirm the proposal with a sufficient majority as the opposition voted against.
