Regulators Reject Blame for Contentious MBOs

Ljubljana, 5 May - The parliamentary commission probing contentious management buyouts carried out in recent years interviewed on Thursday the former heads of the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) and the Competition Protection Office, hearing both reject accusations that the two institutions had been too passive under their watch.
