Top Court to Decide on Local Elections in Koper

Ljubljana, 13 June - The Constitutional Court will announce on Monday whether a law on the elections in the municipality of Koper, which are set for 10 July 2011, is in line with the Constitution. The constitutional review has been requested by the proponents of the break-away of a municipality of Ankaran from Koper.
