Top Court Dismisses Lafarge Appeal Against Permit Annulment
Ljubljana, 8 July - The Constitutional Court has dismissed the latest attempt by French-owned cement maker Lafarge Cement to regain its environmental permit for burning waste material for fuel. The court rejected the company's request for a constitutional review of the ruling of the Administrative Court revoking Lafarge's permit.
