Hauliers Call Off Blockade of Karavanke Tunnel
Jesenice, 6 August - Slovenian hauliers have called off the blockade of the Karavanke tunnel on the border with Austria, announced for Saturday as a protest against Austria's weekend traffic restrictions for lorries. The Austrian police let around twenty Slovenian lorries go through the tunnel, which was enough for hauliers to cancel the protest.
