Supervisors Say Companies Act Changes May Be Unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 23 November - Recently-passed changes to the companies act preventing top officials of insolvent companies from performing top functions for ten years may be unconstitutional, a meeting of the Directors' Association heard on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Justice Minister Ales Zalar said he would demand freezing their implementation.
