Pahor Not Happy with All Proposed Changes to ESM
Ljubljana, 8 December - Outgoing PM Borut Pahor voiced reservations ahead of the EU summit in Brussels on Thursday about plans to scrap the planned consensus requirement for decisions on the use of funds in the euro bailout fund to replace it with a 85% threshold in urgent cases.
