Law Experts Debate Constitution at Its 20th Anniversary
Ljubljana, 21 December - A conference was held on Wednesday to mark the 20th anniversary of the Slovenian Constitution with former constitutional judge Franc Grad stressing that the Constitution had a number of flaws and inconsistencies which were reflected in the legislation. One of its authors France Bucar, meanwhile, warned against imprudent changes.
