Delo Says Selling Mercator to Agrokor Would Be Another MBO

Ljubljana, 26 January - The daily Delo urges in Thursday's commentary against the sale of Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator to Croatia's rival Agrokor, arguing that Mercator would be used to salvage the empire of Agrokor owner Ivica Todorić by repaying the banks which financed Todorić's rise.
