NKBM Supervisor Simič Resigns over Mercator Sale

Maribor, 27 January - The supervisory board of Slovenia's second largest bank, NKBM, concluded on Friday evening a marathon session at which supervisor Ivan Simič resigned in protest against the fact that the chief supervisor was not replaced over an alleged conflict of interest related to the sale of the bank's shares in retailer Mercator.
