Shareholders Propose Changes to Mercator Supervisory Board

Ljubljana, 8 March - Shareholders of Slovenia's largest retailer Mercator have proposed slashing the number of Mercator's supervisors from twelve to nine in a move that has been labelled an attempt to clip the wings of the retailer's management.
