Laško Needs Debt Reprogramme, as Agrokor Pulls Mercator Bid

Laško, 8 February - Brewer Pivovarna Laško will need debt reprogramming, chief supervisor Vladimir Malenković told the STA on Wednesday, a day after Croatian group Agrokor announced to withdraw its bid for a majority stake in Mercator, in which Laško holds nearly 24%. Without the sale, Laško will not be able to repay its debt due in March.
