Agrokor Reportedly to Bid for Mercator Again

Zagreb, 14 May - Croatian food group Agrokor is launching preparations at a renewed attempt to take over Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator, according to Croatian media reports. The bid is to be below last year's but still above the current market price.
