Ljubljana, 10 October - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, vetoed on Wednesday in a 19:14 vote the act envisaging the formation of a state-owned bad bank. The National Assembly now needs the absolute majority, meaning 46 votes, pass the act in a re-vote.
