National Council Rejects Bad Bank, Sovereign Holding Referenda

Ljubljana, 29 October - The National Council rejected on Monday an initiative to demand referenda on government-proposed acts introducing a bad bank and a sovereign holding. The vote comes only hours after the government sealed a deal with the trade union requesting a referendum on the sovereign holding.
