Govt Urged to Improve Insolvency Legislation
Ljubljana, 13 December - The government was urged to improve insolvency legislation Thursday as the Public Finance Oversight Commission and the Economy Committee held a joint session in the aftermath of revelations of rampant mismanagement of bankruptcy proceedings.
