Constitutional Court Decision Continues to Take Flak

Ljubljana, 20 December - Several trade unions responded on Thursday to the decision of the Constitutional Court to ban referenda on the bad bank and sovereign holding acts, with the biggest union confederation, the ZSSS, calling the decision a "big mistake". The ZSSS thinks the court yielded to political pressure.
