Top Court Okays Transfer of Prosecution under Interior Ministry

Ljubljana, 22 February - The Constitutional Court has ruled that the government's decision to place the prosecution service under the Interior Ministry is not in violation of the Constitution. The transfer from the Justice Ministry, completed in early 2012, was challenged by the Positive Slovenia (PS) and Social Democrats (SD).
