Cardinal Rode: New Pope Knows Slovenians Well
Vatican City, 15 March - Pope Francis knows Slovenians and Slovenia very well, as some of his closest associates in Argentina have been Slovenian-born priests, Slovenian Cardinal Franc Rode has said in a statement. Slovenian Ambassador to the Vatican Maja Marija Lovrenčič Svetek meanwhile highlighted good relations between Slovenia and the Holy See.
