Health Committee Supports New Tax on Sugary Drinks

Ljubljana, 22 March - The parliamentary Health Committee discussed on Friday a proposed new tax on sugary drinks, expressing support for the idea and agreeing that a part of the funds collected with the tax should be spent on programmes raising the awareness of chronic disease.
