Delo Detects a Shift in Europolicies

Ljubljana, 16 April - During the crisis, which has emptied state budgets well, a new wind has obviously started blowing across Europe, the daily Delo says in its front-page commentary entitled "A New Wind" on Tuesday. Banking secrecy and tax havens are becoming history, the paper notes, adding that such measures should have been introduced long ago.
