Ljubljana, 8 May - Slovenia looks unlikely to rely on wind power to meet its energy needs any time soon, as the Environment Agency has turned down a request for an environmental permit for the country's first wind farm, in what is the latest twist in a decade-old story that has pitted business against environmentalists.
