Slovenia Entering Fisheries Talks With Three Key Goals

Brussels, 14 May - EU fisheries ministers will attempt Tuesday to hammer out a new deal on banning the dumping of unwanted fish. Slovenia is entering negotiations with three key goals - to allow 7% of the catch to be discarded, that a catch is considered as a whole and that the option of exception and the obligation of full landing enter into force simultaneously.
