Pličanič Announces Changes to Court and Judicial Service Acts
Ljubljana, 31 May - Justice Minister Senko Pličanič presented on Friday the second in what he calls a three-step process towards securing a better functioning of the rule of law. Phase two, following last week's adoption of new insolvency legislation, includes changes to the court act and to the judicial service act.
