Author Charges Fmr Communist Official of Genocide, War Crime

Ljubljana, 3 October - Author Roman Leljak has filed criminal charges against former high-ranking Slovenian Communist official Mitja Ribičič, accusing him of genocide and war crime. Leljak claims in the 504-page criminal charge that Ribičič headed a forceful removal of 16,000 Germans after WWII and made lists of alleged traitors, who were punished without evidence.
