Arhar Attributes Bank Collapse to Variety of Internal and External Factors

Ljubljana, 22 January - France Arhar, a former central banker and the chief supervisor of Slovenia's no. 1 bank NLB, attributed the multi-bullion capital shortfall at Slovenian banks to a combination of domestic and international factors, notably also to the euphoria accompanying Slovenia's EU accession.
