Lafarge Regains Eco Permit, Still Seeking Waste Incineration Permit

Trbovlje, 22 January - Lafarge Cement managed on Wednesday to regain an environmental permit for unlimited cement production at its Trbovlje plant in line with EU rules. The French cement maker however still remains without a permit to use its disputed waste-burning furnace, which it says will be a key factor in determining future operating volumes.
