MEP Vajgl Under Scrutiny for 2013 Azerbaijan Election Trip

Ljubljana, 20 February - The European Parliament is investigating the suspicion that several MEPs might have been influenced to give a favourable assessment of last year's presidential elections in Azerbaijan. The MEPs include Slovenia's Ivo Vajgl, who is running for re-election in cooperation with the Pensioners' Party (DeSUS).
