Dublin, 7 March - A failed transition in some of the post-Communist European countries is undermining reform efforts and keeping pro-Communist and pro-Russian forces in charge of countries which are members of the EU and NATO, leader of the opposition Democratic Party (SDS) Janez Janša has told an European People's Party (EPP) meeting in Dublin.
