Laško Supervisors Approve Mercator Sale
Laško, 14 March - The supervisors of brewer Pivovarna Laško and of two affiliated companies have endorsed the sale of a combined 23.33% in retailer Marcator to Croatian food group Agrokor at EUR 86 per share. The decision now needs to be confirmed at the shareholders' meeting.
