Ham from Pekmurje and Piran Salt Joining List of EU-Protected Products

Brussels, 30 April - The EU has put two more Slovenian products, a smoked and dried ham from north-eastern Slovenia and salt from the Slovenian coast, on the list of traditional EU-protected food products. This increases the number of protected Slovenian items to 21.
