Ljubljana, 20 May - The outgoing PM Alenka Bratušek has announced her plan to form a new party on Saturday, 31 May, when a founding congress will be held in Ljubljana. The new party will advocate a social and liberal Slovenia, she said on her Facebook profile on Tuesday.
