Turnout Reaches 8.3% by 11 AM

Ljubljana, 25 May - Election turnout at the Sunday Eurovote has reached 8.29% by 11 AM, with 141,751 out of 1.7 million voters casting their vote, deputy president of the Electoral Commission Peter Golob told the press. The 11 AM figure resembles those from the previous two elections to the European Parliament (8.3% in 2004 and 9.24% in 2009).
