Conservatives Rout Fragmented Left in Election Test

Ljubljana, 25 May - Conservative opposition parties swept the Eurovote on Sunday, picking up five of Slovenia's eight seats in the European Parliament in what is seen as strong vote of no-confidence not just in the coalition but in the established parties in general and sets the stage for an intense campaign for the upcoming general election.
