Election Frontrunner Cerar Worried by Sale of Mercator

Zagreb, 5 July - Jurist Miro Cerar, whose party is among the favourites to win the 13 July general election, has told the Croatian paper Jutarnji list that he is worried by the sale of Mercator to the Croatian group Agrokor. The buyer took on additional debt in order to acquire Slovenia's leading grocer, which according to Cerar is not good for ownership.
