Supreme Court Rejects Janša's Recusal Demand

Ljubljana, 21 July - Supreme Court vice president Nina Betetto rejected on Monday the request by Democrats (SDS) head Janez Janša to recuse Vesna Žalik as judge rapporteur assigned to Janša's appeal against the Patria case ruling that found him guilty of accepting the promise of a bribe in his capacity as prime minister in a EUR 278m defence deal.
