Bratušek Steps Down as Commissioner-Designate
Brussels, 9 October - Alenka Bratušek has resigned as vice-president designate of the next European Commission. "I have a lot of respect for [her] decision," Commission President-elect Jean-Claude Juncker said in a written statement Thursday.
