MPs to Decide about Term of Janša Successor

Ljubljana, 18 November - The National Electoral Commission debated on Tuesday the decision by Democrats (SDS) member Božo Predalič to succeed imprisoned party president Janez Janša as MP only if the Constitutional Confirms that the National Assembly was right to strip Janša of his MP term. The commission decided to leave the decision on Predalič's conditions to parliament.
