Letrika to Delist, Squeeze Out Small Shareholders
Ĺ empeter pri Gorici, 8 December - A shareholders' meeting of car electronics maker Letrika, which is owned by German automotive parts manufacturer Mahle, decided on Monday to delist the company from the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as Mahle recently increased its stake to 99.37%. The remaining small shareholders will be bought out at the takeover price.
